To get an instant quote, you don’t need to create an account with us or to leave any contact information. Just enter what type of products you have, the number of images required, any extras to be included, and receive the quote in a matter of seconds.
Most product photography projects are completed in 7-10 business days. Depending on our schedule, rush delivery (3-5 business days) may be available for small orders (25 images or less) for an additional fee.
We will send you an email with an estimated completion date after we receive your products in our studio and finalize the shooting instructions.
When your photographs are ready, you will be able to download them directly from our website. For your convenience, we store the photographs on our website for 30 days and then archive them.

Yes. We will shoot product images in strict accordance with Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or any other online marketplace standards and requirements.
All our images come with a royalty free unlimited usage license. This license allows you to use the images for any promotional, advertising, or publishing purposes, in all types of media, for an unlimited time, in an unlimited number of copies, all around the world. Image modifications and alterations are permitted.
The copyright for all delivered images stays with Blue Sky Product Photography. You will not be able to sell or distribute the images to third parties without our prior written permission.
We charge per photo and not per product. You pay for the number of photographs you order.
For example, if you need a front view, a ¾ front view, and a back view of a particular item, this will count as three photographs, and we will calculate the total cost accordingly.
Our position is simple and clear: you do not pay until you see and approve our work. We do not have a minimum order size or a minimum fee. If you are not completely satisfied with a photograph, we may offer reshoots. If you are still not happy, you don’t have to pay us for that image.
Yes. We shoot your products in strict accordance with your requirements. If we make a mistake, we will be happy to make things right! Blue Sky Product Photography will photograph the item again at no charge.
If we followed all your instructions but you still disapprove the image, we may offer up to two paid reshoots. To learn more about our reshoot policy, please review our terms and conditions
If you would like your products to be returned, you may generate and include a return label from your carrier at the time of shipment. If you don’t provide a return label, we will issue a separate invoice for return shipment. Once the invoice is paid, the return shipment will be made.
If you do not need your items back, we may either donate them to a local charity organization or dispose of them.
We shoot products that are less than 2 feet long at a standard price. If you have bigger items, please contact us for a custom quote.
We accept all major credit/debit card payments via Paypal. We also accept check payments by mail.
We do not require any payment in advance, until you preview and approve your photographs. Your full resolution images will become available for download after we receive full payment.
If you prefer to pay us by check, please consider issuing a check ahead of time to avoid delays.
